Which are the biggest Procurement teams in the UK and Europe?

While its certainly not always a case of bigger is better, keen to understand the lay of the procurement landscape in my newly adopted home! In Australia, procurement team size is not necessarily governed by total spend under management. The largest teams often belong to telcos, financial services or government organisations. Is it the same in UK/Europe?
